The iPhone supports POP3, IMAP4 It's easy to set up, just follow the instructions below.
You'll need to set-up your email whilst connected to the data network, so ensure that Wi-Fi is switched off. To do this go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Off.

If this is the first account you're setting up on the iPhone tap Mail directly. Otherwise, from the Home screen choose Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
Choose your email account type. choose Other
Select server type. IMAP or POP, and enter account information
Name. Enter your name
Address. Enter your email address. Eg. yourname@yourdomain.co.uk
Description. Enter a name for the email account
Incoming Mail Server. gcwweb.com
Host Name. gcwweb.com
User Name. Enter the user name you where sent by email from us.
Password field. Enter the user named you where sent by email from us.

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Host Name. smtp.gcwweb.com
User Name. Enter the same user name you entered above
Password. Enter the same user name you entered above
Tap Save
If you've setup a POP3 account you'll now see the message 'Verifying POP account information'
Tap Yes to the question, 'Cannot Connect Using SSL. Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?'
Tap Save
This process may loop around about 2 or 3 times before a connection is made. This process could take a few minutes
